When I was a child, I was drawing and painting on Psychedelic Music, later in life, I started painting around The Doors, Jim Morrison, The Who and Keith Moon, Los Angeles and Jimi Hendrix. Once in L.A. I started videos around Mark Hollis of Talk Talk, celebrating the genius aspect. And now I am reporting on live L.A, shows and Jimmy Page, the genius again. My conclusion is that I am a genius and Music observer. This is what I want to share with you here.

Here is my new video about a Live Show which happened on December 13, 2019 at Permanent Records Roadhouse in Los Angeles, California. Gravy Flowers Bongo Band, Richard Rose (the band) and Cfm were playing there.
I am telling you here the story of my personal experience when I was there. We were many experiencing the same show, but I am absolutely sure that not two persons there perceived the show by the same way. I would say that as a French woman living in Los Angeles, overly sensitive and with a tendency to run away from unpleasant situations, this is how I perceived my evening there. I loved the music but I actually could really appreciate it the most when I re-listened to it at home while editing. What I saw that night was sometimes hiding what I heard. Once at home, I could only focus on the sound and it was awesome! And Gabe of Gravy Flowers Bongo Band + of other bands has so many talents! I didn't know that I had so talented neighbors around me...
This is my longest video ever! I spent so much time on it, I hope that you will like it! I felt the need to become Jimmy’s lawyer the time of a video. When I was younger, my parents used to say that I should have been a lawyer because I was always investigating, questioning everything, always searching for the truth. So maybe did I prove them right here? I also “feel” people, but “feeling” people is not enough to convince my viewers. The real and universal problem is that human beings have a tendency to envy those who succeed better. I actually have an opposite reaction, I want to know how they do that, it becomes an urge for me to learn from them. It also fascinates me. Maybe one day, I will explain to you why the behind the scene of a success fascinates me so much. No envy, only admiration. Here it is, grab a cup of tea because it lasts more than one hour.

Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Page and his guitar riffs, not something brand new you would say, but for me, a recent riff episode made me reconsider the whole Led Zeppelin music from another perspective and it is like if I was discovering a brand new band, which is also actually the case for my friend and ex-neighbor Gabe and his bands Hooveriii and Grave Flowers Bongo Band, not so far away from Led Zeppelin actually.
In this video, I have been chasing a few riffs to see what was the effect on the music and the memory we keep of each song. Interesting to see how the riffs can affect our musical perception.
This is, I think, my longest video : discovery alert! A whole story around the band Hooveriii (to pronounce Hoover3) and Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin + The Yardbirds - A lot of fun, a lot of music , a lot of electric guitars and electric guitar solos, I had a lot of fun making it, enjoy!
I highly recommend this book: Jimmy Page by Jimmy Page, I will explain why in my future videos, to come as soon as I have completely finished to read it. I am half way now, and I am already fascinated, chiefly very interested in all what is said inside: short but very efficient comments, a ton of gorgeous photos! It is so precisely documented. I found it for that price on the link below, the original price is almost the double of this, but when you see the quality of the book, it is not a surprise... Be prepared to receive a very big and very heavy book, it cannot remain ignored for sure, it is just wow! By the way, it would make a magnificent Christmas gift when I think about it... The cover is spectacular as well. I precise that I am not sponsored to say all this, just when I am very impressed by something or someone, I want to say it and to share it.
