I am half way now, and I am already fascinated, chiefly very interested in all what is said inside: short but very efficient comments, a ton of gorgeous photos! It is so precisely documented. I found it for that price on the link below, the original price is almost the double of this, but when you see the quality of the book, it is not a surprise... Be prepared to receive a very big and very heavy book, it cannot remain ignored for sure, it is just wow! By the way, it would make a magnificent Christmas gift when I think about it...
